Wilbur Engineering Consultants was founded in 2022 in Port Orange, Florida, by Mr. Gregory Knapp, a former senior executive for the Department of Defense. Mr. Knapp and the WEC team of highly experienced consultants have decades of relevant executive level experience and specialized skills that support a variety of needs in the training environment.
