The Executive Leadership Team is comprised of highly experienced consultants. Individual team members have decades of senior executive level direction and execution of complex weapons system development and have specialized skill sets in the areas of operational analysis, systems engineering, testing and evaluation, and directing the establishment of new departments and organizational constructs within DoD enterprises (technical and personnel oversight of 2,500 highly skilled personnel). Two individuals possess significant operational and test experience for major aviation weapon systems, while another four have executive-level experience in DoD at the senior SSTM/SES level paygrade.
